Partnership sabatouge
i have a 50% partner in a business that is doing everything to destry the business. he froze the account, he is refusing to pay our vendors which we owe money to, and finally, he fired our only employee which runs the whole operation. can i do something about this? i have lost some clients already. what can i do?

YOu need a lawyer fast. You need to bring an order to stop him, and to partition the business. Do not delay. As a partner he can also borrow money in the name of the partnership and can make contracts.

Next time, please be aware that a 50/50 partnership is NEVER (yes, I used a superlative, so it must be a Really Big Deal) a wise business decision.
