Payment Issue
Long story short,,I had a dispute with an advertising bill..I sent a certified bank check marked paid in full..It was accepted and cashed.Is teh debt satisfied ?

Not necessarily so. Your paying less than the bill and having your check cashed does not mean the disputed portion has been approved. The creditor may still seek the balance and you would need to counterclaim raising the reason why it should not be paid.
