Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Percentage
Hi!! My question is, I bought a school in another country and my bestfriend is the one who's going to do all the work payroll,tax,control of the school. so how much percentage of profit shld I give her.also her Aunt who is the principal of the school and was the one that made all negotiations in buying this school is also asking to get some percentage of the profit what shld I do?

These are questions you should go over with someone who will be involved in counseling you on an ongoing basis. I'm licensed in NY and do international law work but these are mainly business questions that require going over your business plan for the school.
