permits for opening a all mens club
I am interested in opening an all mens club in manhattan, what permits would I need and what are the laws governing the operations of such an establishment?

Re: permits for opening a all mens club
This is a tricky area, for it depends upon whether the club is for purely social concerns or is a place where business would be or might be conducted. If the latter, the Supreme Court has ruled that such private "men only" clubs are unconstitutional.
The type of business in which you plan to engage requires more legal investigation than, say, opening a clothing store (where constitutional concerns are not implicated). I would want to get an opinion from an attorney.
