If a person is asked toe a authorized signatory in a bvi company, what are the legal consequences if some thing goes wrong, where authorized signatory has signed.?

As a franchise attorney I must ask you to repost your question. What do you mean by "if something goes wrong" and "a bvi company?" Normally, if there's a problem with the signature on any legal document, this effects the legality of the document.
