Our office represents bars and restaurants throughout New York State, and we find that your answer can best be answered by where you are in the State.

However, the New York State Liquor tries to be uniform throughout the state.

You do not specify what the criminal traffic violations were, and how long ago you were convicted.

From the tone of your letter it appears to be alcohol related such as DWI.

This has to be disclosed upon application, and based on the convictions and if you have a liquor liscense the New York State Liquor Authority must be notified.

Your answer is not simply answered and depends upon many factors.
