a person on net taking money for service and not providing the samecan be suedd
on net in reference to an adertisement i paid $15.5 usd for typing/data entry work,the owner of site send me training materials which does not contain any thing about typing/data entry work.In training materials it suggested some site which deals about secret shoppers only,when i contacted the person on email to suggest some site where i can get typing/data entry work,he suggested to sell the programme and failed to provide any site or work.When i asked for refund of money he said it was non refundable so it can not be refunded.Can i sue him for refund of money and claim damages.This matter pertains to last week and at present i know only his email address.

If you can find him you can sue him. It may cost you more to sue than you lost.

Your contract appears to be either voidable or void or breached. Thus, you can sue for refund and/or damages. However, to sue you need to know details of person against whom you want file a suit to secure service of process on him.
