powder company and the DMV connection
How can a powder company have my daughter and my license and registrations suspended for damage to a utility pole done by my daughter 4 years ago. they refuesed to take payments on the $3,000 bill for the pole.

The power company does indeed have a connection with DMV to deal with accidents with power poles, since a driver hitting a power pole creates a public endangerment (downed electrical wires --> danger of electrocution).
