Product defect
What laws prohibit the following.
Company ''X'' has a third party industry making products that dont meet code of Company''Y's'' expectations due to the lack of a fully functioning industry being built. ''X'' sends 10 chosen up to code products samples to ''Y''. ''Y'' then forwards the payment (750,000) to X. Theres another problem, there is a patent infringement on ''X's'' product
