Professional Service Corporation
In New York State, is there anything illegal, or contrary to the licensing laws, if a professional service corporation has one or more shareholders who were once but are no longer employees of the corporation, and are no longer rendering any services to the clients of the corporation?

Re: Professional Service Corporation
I am not certain the type of 'professional service corporation' that you refer to; nonetheless, and generally speaking, anyone may be a member of an LLC or LLP (unless a legal practice)if your agreement setting up the entity permits this. Read your agreement that was prepared by your attorney.
