Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I am a promotional products distributor. I ordered for a client thru one of a promotional product supplier. Since I never did business with this supplier he sent me a invoice and ask for prepayment. The check was sent and cashed. To date product hasn't been sent and can't reach supplier. What rights do I have and what can I do to get my money back?
