Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I am currently pursuing my Master's in Computer Science in US and on F-1 visa status. I planning to start a website, which only shows deals of medical products across various pharmaceutical websites, such as drugstore, etc. Will I be able to start this website, me being on F-1 status, and in order to do this, do I have to start a company in US. I am citizen of India, and in case, if I need to start a company to do so, then will it be possible for me to start in India, and give a partnership to someone who is a US citizen. Finally, will there be a problem, if I just start a website, without a registered company name and once I start getting more traffic/users, then can I register the website under a legal Company name.

Under your current status, you may start and own a company in the US, but you will not able to work in it or manage it in any way. You can have a US citizen run the company for you.
