Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Hi, I have a few questions about a marketing scam (Vector Marketing). If it's pyramid scheme, can I bring a policeman to the group interview which I am planning to attend? Also, I have some friends are salespeople of Vector Marketing, is it possible for them to be arrested for trying to pull me into this pyramid scheme?
