Legal Question in Business Law in New York
What to do if I do not receive a product that I ordered on-line?
I ordered some cd's online and have yet to receive my product over two months later. The company says that they sent it but the post office says different. This company has no phone number on it's website, the only way that I can contact them is through their online customer support. My latest complaint to the company has not been responded to in the last 15 days. Is there anything that I can do?

If you paid via credit card, contact them to contest it and put a hold on the charge.

You do not say from whom they were purchased nor how you paid for them. This may be critical to an answer. If you purchased them using a credit card, you can dispute the charge with the credit card company. If you purchased them through some firm like e-bay, or the like, report it to them. I also suggest contacting the Better Business Bureau, filing a complaint, and also your local consumer affairs office. More information is needed to give you a better answer, short of a small claims suit if they are located in your state of residence.
