Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I have just received a judgement against me for an unpaid balance from my previous business. Now they are going for a wage garnishment. What do I do? How much do they take? Thanks.

Generally, the judgment creditor may take 10% of a judgment debtor's salary pursuant to an income execution.
