should i register as business owner
I plan on starting a business in honduras. I will shipping products form new york to sell in my store in honduras. Will it be neccessary to register as a business owner here in New York?

You use business entities to limit your personal liability; so you would want to use one in both locations if possible. We can assist you if you wish. You can also set up your company in another state for tax purposes.
