Do I need to register a DBA?
I am starting a recycling program under a different name of my corporation. Do I have to complete a DBA application for this program?

Your corporation needs to register the DBA. That's different from you registering the DBA.
Be aware that a DBA is good only in the county(ies) in which it is registered.
