Removing member from LLc.
How can I remove a member from
my LLC.?
That have not done his part and we
are under with no profit. is their a
way to remove with out buy out if
the company is not making any
money?

There are a couple of different ways to deal with this. You need to talk to a lawyer to get some advice as to the fastest, cheapest way to get him OUT of your business.
