I would like to open an internet book store as a sole proprietor. What legal matters are involved? What forms, filing, & documents would I need? What web host would you recommend? What marketing & search engines would you recommend? What are interactive websites? How would they benefit my business? What interactive websites would you recommend?

Re: Researching
You have a lot of good questions and there is much more to address when you set up an interactive web site, which is a site that allows the visitors to interact with it. For example, ordering books is an interaction with the site. Interactive sites have a higher chance of making you subject to personal liability in the states of your customer; so you will need to protect yourself with good terms of service. My firm is focused on Internet commerce so please feel free to contact me about getting you set up online. The great thing about the Internet is that we can all be in different places, as long as we have a connection to the web.
