Resignation of Director
I have an llc company in the states and one of my director wishes to resign. Where would i find a directors resignation letter. Thank You

You do not need a special form. You will want to review the LLC or Opperating Agreement of the LLC with respect to the formalities of the resignation of a director. Then, in compliance with such internation regulations of the LLC, you simply need him to sign and deliver a letter to the company's management committee or board of directors that he, effective as of a certain date, is resigning. If he is also a member and wants to cease being a member, this is a different matter.
