Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Who's responsible? Me or the landlord?
I rent a store in a very old building. Due to structural problems in the building, one of the plate glass windows in the store front has developed a crack which is growing daily. Is the landlord responsible for this or do I have to pay to replace the glass?
Thanks!

generally structural is the landlords..glass is yours quite often..but make sure the glass is brought on by structural.

Read your lease. It should specify who is responsible for certain types of repairs.
