Return of itmes

received items in mail paid $4.95 for shipping was told after that I would be billed after 30 days, want to return items now it is 50 days they refuse and want to charge a total of $300-$400 and they are taking out of my checking account I want to return the item anyway

PS they have me recorded agreeing to this

Unfortunately, the terms of the contract were clear when the deal was formed: you had 30 days from the date of purchase in which to return the items. Unless it was impossible for you to do so in that time, and that impossibility can be proved in court, you're probably stuck with the bill -- and the items.
