Legal Question in Business Law in New York
severence
I worked for a hotel and gave my resignation and they walked me. Do they still owe me an additional 2 weeks because I was walked?

The answer to your question depends entirely on your employment agreement. Since we don't have a copy of this, no one can give you a satisfactory answer to your question on this board.
Take the employment agreement to an attorney who practices employment law and ask your question. Call your local county's bar association or the NYS Bar Association for a referral if you need one.
