Legal Question in Business Law in New York
if i have a signed agreement with someone to help them find investment properties and i am not a real estate broker, is this arrangement legal?

Pretty vague question. I would need to know what you mean by "help them find". I don't know that you would be considered a real estate broker if you weren't involved in the transaction but if you're receiving money to help them find properties...
