simple information
I was robbed out of $5000 by a crooked bank teller who quit.
my bank won't give me the last name of the crooked bank teller.
if he quit does my bank have ot give me his last name?

The real question, is did the bank reimburse you for the theft of the $5,000. If it did, then you have no loss.
You can always make a claim through the District Attorneys Office for a criminal offense. The bank will certainly give the police the name and address of the culprit. It is the quickest way to go.
