If someone sing a contract agreeing to pay a % from the funds they are about to receive, how can I make sure I get my % once they receive the funds?What can I do if they refuse to pay?

Unfortunately, there is no assurance that you'll ever get your money. If the contracting party doesn't pay, you have to hire an attorney to attempt to negotiate a settlement or file a lawsuit. .
