Legal Question in Business Law in New York

My sister is the sole member of an LLC she opened in NY. She opened another business (foreign) in Mississippi. Due to a poor business manager in NY, she is forced to dissolve NY and the foreign in MS. She will register in MS after it is dissolved, so that she may still operate in MS. She will owe services to a few people and we need to know what will happen. Can they sue if the LLC is dissolved? It's no more than a thousand dollars total but I am worried and trying to keep her from having to dissolve but the manager has ruined her there. Thank you in advance for all he.

You should definately sit down with a competent business attorney in your area. Yes it will cost money but it may be the best money you ever spent. I would not just take a telephone consult and try to get a cheap answer. I would make sure that the attorney has all the relevant documents.
