I want to start a food delivery business.. Do I need permission from a restaurant to deliver their food to customer??

Any attorney will ask how you could deliver a restaurant's food without their permission? The normal course is to approach various restaurants and offer customers a range of cuisines delivered to their door. I have experience in this area.
