Legal Question in Business Law in New York
How would I go about starting a new business on Native American Tribal Land in New York, such as the Shinnecock Indian Reservation in Suffolk County (Long Island, NY)?
I want to open a new hookah tobacco company, purchasing the reservations tobacco and creating my hookah tobacco (shisha) for resale. I'm mentioning on Native American tribal land because I understand they have tax deductions in regards to business operation and tobacco sales.
