Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I am starting a very small nonprofit organization. It is a religious mentoring organization for pre teen youth. There are no paid employees, only volunteers. What exactly could the officers of the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors themselves be held liable for in the future. I am very new at this...please be clear and detailed.
Thank you
