Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Stealing company employees

hello Law Guru,

I own a security guard company in NY and my company was terminated from an account because we charged the client Holiday Rates for Christmas and New Years Eve.Without a 30 Day notice that is specified in my contract. The Client also has gone a far to have contacted my employees and has hired them out for underneath my company to work directly for him. In my contract I have a noncompete clause in it. And the client cannot hire or contact my employees with in a year after my company ends its agreement with the client. what should I do ??

Thank you

Hire an attorney to commence litigation - or to settle the case on your behalf just short of litigation.

You have grounds for a potential suit. I would advise you to seek

An attorney and follow through with a suit based on the contract.
