''store rental''
Dear lawyer,
please provide me with information concerning my business which i have for almost 30 years but
without lease. How many months legally can i stay
without rent without consequences.

I received your post on 4-1-2001.
Generally 30 days notice is reequired. Then the landlord stops taking rent. Then you don't get out. Then you get sue and owe back rent after a judgment. Then the marshall/sherrifff evicts you if you don't get out.
