Legal Question in Business Law in New York
i am a subchapter s corp stockhiolder and their is a personal judgement against me from a personal creditor, what can they do or take from me or the corp?

They can take your shares in the company. If that gives them control of the corp, they might be able to loot the company. And they can take any of your assets they can find.
