Legal Question in Business Law in New York

I want to sue a non-profit corporation for persistent violations of its constitution, bylaws, policies, and operation manuals. I already prepared Complaint to NY Supreme Court. What would be your advice?

I suggest you pursue your grievances through State Attorney General's Office, Division of Non-Profit Organizations. They should be able to provide you with guidance.
