Legal Question in Business Law in New York
we are a tree service a customer hired us after her 1st chioce never showed she wanted prunings around her home we told her 5-10 days well she called and wanted her a date we gave her 1 called the bight before and said we're coming to do the job if theirs a problem call no call went to do job seemed like a nice person in the meantime the original tree guy came back and took down the tree we are not charging them I don't see a problem except they should have called and cancelled she said her husband did but we never got a call.
