Hi. Can I get into trouble if I create a website that it's name and services are similar to that of another existing website?

Regards to the name, yes, you may be infringing on their trademark. Regards to services, no, you are free to offer any legal service you wish.

In addition to the trademark infringement (which can have a serious downside), offering similar services under a similar name opens you up to being sued for unfair competition. And if you're trsding on XYZ.com by taking the domain name XYZ.net, or any other Top Level Domain Name, you may be sued for cybersquatting or cyberpiracy. Generally not a good idea.
