what type of atty to contact..Accord & Satisfaction
i have an Accord & Satisfaction that has not been paid in full . it was drafted Aug, 2004. There are 3 people & 1 corp. names on it. the corp is dissolved. 1 of the people on it is in jail. what type of atty would i contact to pursue the rest of the money owed to me? Are the chances good to collect unpaid funds? thank you.

You need to hire an attorney who describes his/her practice as concentrating in "general civil litigation", "collections" or "breach of contract".

The chances of collecting depend on too many factors for me to provide an answer here.
