Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Validity of Contract Missing Signatures
I have a contract with spaces for my signature and a representatives signature. The reps signature is missing. The company said it was signed after-the-fact and my copy doen't need their signature. Is it valid?

Probablly. Check to contract for language that permits counterparts.

Re: Validity of Contract Missing Signatures
Is there a fully-signed copy anywhere? If not, does the contract provide for signature in counterparts (separate signature pages, signed by each party, when taken together represent fully-signed document)? Get a copy of their signature page to add to your copy of contract, so you have both pages of signatures.
