Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I have a wedding in two months. And the reception area that i signed a contract with last october just backed up on me. I have hard time finding a reception hall. Can i sue them and for how much?

Maybe. I need to see the contract and any language contained in it regarding cancellations, by you or the reception company, to determine what might be said on the issue and if there are limitations on receivery of damages.
