Can I withdraw my co-signature on a car lease or force the other party to return the vehicle?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. You can't withdraw as a co-signer without the leasing company's consent - and they won't consent unless you can be replaced with another who has even stronger financials. Whether you can force the other party to return the vehicle is also very unlikely, but depends on whether there is a clause for this in your lease. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice and to review the lease.
