Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I won a bid on ebay for a excavator my winning did was $10500 when I contacted the seller he told me he sold it the day before the end of the auction only thing is he did not reserve the right to do that . the wining bid wash about half of the fair market value . my question
is could I force him to pay me my profit loss of the difference of my winning bid and the fair market value

Contact ebay first and find about their complaint and recovery procedure. Otherwise, you have to sue the seller in the small claims court or district court where the defendant resides or has his place of business.
