Legal Question in Business Law in New York
i have worked the past 11 years for a prominent construction company who recently lost a 100 million in new jobs because of a federal investigation of them bid rigging. i have been out of work for a month now with no end in sight is it possible for me to file a lawsuit for loss of wages because of the companies bad discretion in overchargeing clients. i dont think i should pay for their lack of profesionalism. can i sue? has there ever been a case like this before? and if so what was the outcome?
