writ of replevin
Can a marshal come into my home even if the goods are in another location. Both locations are listed in the complaint

Yes.
If the location was listed in the complaint a Marshall may enter to collect the goods. The fact that they were not there would need to be verified by him by entering and not finding them or by locating them in another location.
