Legal Question in Business Law in New York
In New york can you record a conversation either personal or business if one of the parties is not informed?

It would depend on where the person you intend to record is located, as the laws differ from state to state. New York is a one party state, meaning you can record if the other person is in NY. Whether the conversation can be admitted in a court of law will be up to the judge etc.
