Legal Question in Business Law in New York
In New York State I know if an adult enters a contract with a minor, the minor can void the contract. But what if the minor keeps the terms of the terms of the contract, but the adult isn't keeping the contract. Can the minor enforce the contract against the adult?

Generally yes, after the minor reached adulthood and reconfirms the original contract. The answer depends upon the type of contract, how much time may have elapsed since the contract started and the default was reported. It might also depend upon whether the parents or natural guardian of the minor should have become involved.
