Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

Accidentally left on Probation for 4 years.

Hi, I am totally lost.

I found out yesterday that I have been accidentally left on county probation for four years. In this process I was subject to two arrest for probation related issues, and countless home searches with no warrants but because I was not on probation all of that was illegal. The public defenders, Da, and Judge all missed it some how. I have tried to call some lawyers, however none of them have ever heard of any thing like this?

You MUST hire an attorney to make a motion before the sentencing Court to be removed from probation.
