asbestos exposure

can you sue your employer for punitive damages if they knowingly exposed you to asbestos and never complied with safety and health citations fron the NYSDOL PESH bureau-even though you consistently complained about it for 10 years?

First, are you injured? Can a doctor link your injury to your employment. You may have a workers compensation claim. When did you discover the exposure? When did you develop symptoms? When did you become injured? This is a complex issue. Feel free to contact this office.
