Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
My boyfriend's ex girlfreind is sending harassing texts messages about me. Saying Im a low life, pig, unstable, and is also making false claims that I sent messages to her. When asked of proof of these messages they dont exsist. This has been going on and off for a year now. She is making false accusations and harassing him about me. Can I take legal action to stop her harassing?
