Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
my boyfriends mother forged his signature on power of attorney papers but as far as i know there should of been a notarization now she is filing petitions in family court for him without him knowing what can we do? dont these papers need to be notarized or even have 2 unrelated witnesses?
