a case
i had been areested in regards to being in a cab. I won the case but i wanted to find out if the time i did in regards to what happen can i sue for what happen.

A civil rights attorney should be able to evaluate the detailed facts surrounding your arrest and acquittal and he or she should then be able to tell you if you have a case for malicious prosecution and/or deprivation of civil rights.
